Okay stay by the lake
good locationattentive staffunavailable balcony
The hotel is right by the lake, I think it was a very good spot. The staff gave good advice on places to see. Breakfast include Pho and coffee that was tasty.
I ask for a room with a balcony, but I got a room without one. They say there are no rooms available, but I booked six months before.

the location was superb, right next to the lake (i loved the view from the rooftop). i walked to many attractions. the hotel arranged takeaway breakfast boxes for my early checkout. the staff was always smiling and ready to assist.

the location was convenient.
my room was not the room i expected. i had booked a room with a balcony. staff said there werent available rooms with a balcony. i reserved the room six months prior. also breakfast ordering was strange. i had to fill out a detailed form the day before. i didnt know what i would want to eat the next day or what time i would be there.
